With goals to further its activities in the Care sector, we’re seeking an innovative Nursing or Health Care professional with the experience to help facilitate our Rural Nurse Placement activities.
The Position
This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours! You will work 3 days per week at our Newstead Office and 1 day at home.
Working alongside a small but high-performing team, you'll focus on maintaining successful relationships with our existing Aged Care partners by recruiting qualified nurses for rural based contracts. You will also contribute to business development of new clients, and assist with onboarding nurses for casual shifts with our residential and community Aged Care partners in Brisbane.
The Key to Success
As our Nursing Recruiter, you will have persuasive communication skills to be able to gather critical information and evaluate a candidate’s experience to make the right decisions. Your candidates will respond to your industry insight and career guidance, and clients will value your committment to delivering a service that reflects their needs.

- Nursing qualifications or similar in a Health Carer related field
- Numerical competency
- Understanding of the Australian Aged Care sector
- Experience in end-to-end staff recruitment.
- Oustanding communication and networking skills to build an active pool of candidates.
- People skills to build mutually beneficial relationships!
- Technical skills to use scheduling and recruitment software
- Confidence to achieve your goals autonomously
