Nursery Room Leader

The Team:Join the Little Eagles team in Richmond (Dharug Country), where we offer a vibrant and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. Our service, open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, is committed to exceptional care and strong community ties, especially with Defense families. With capacity for 76 children, we provide a supportive and dynamic setting for both kids and staff. The Role:

Join us as an Nursery Room Leader at Little Eagles, where you can truly impact children's lives. This is a 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday role suitable for someone with a collaborative spirit, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, ready to nurture and inspire both children and team members. Be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in early childhood education, making every day a rewarding adventure in shaping young minds.  You will lead a room where passion for learning thrives.

• Completion of a Diploma of Early Childhood Education. 
• Current working with children check 
• A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach
• 2 years experience within a similar role
