An exciting opportunity has arisen at our purpose-built campus in Rhodes. This campus it is a short walk from Rhodes train station.

• With well resourced, age-appropriate indoor learning environments and two incredible outdoor learning/ play spaces, children have many opportunities to develop holistically in this campus.
• At Only About Children, we are committed to nature play and sustainability. Our Rhodes campus is equipped with sandpits, a curve hill, cubby house and deck with vegetable gardens.

Nursery Room leader role:
As a Room leader at Only About Children Rhodes, you will collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals, lead your team and share your strengths and commitment to best practice. This is one of our new nursery spaces so you will have the exciting opportunity to develop a new team of up to 3 educators and welcome new OAC children & families.

• Our OAC curriculum is interest based and aims to develop a range of skills including social and emotional development, independence and instill a sense of agency.
• We aim to inspire a love for learning and a feeling of belonging by facilitating safe and meaningful activities for the nursery children. As Nursery room leader you will design a personalised program in line with OAC's HEART principles that is centered around the early learners and their individual needs.
• You will lead the program and document children's learning using Storypark as well as supporting and mentoring your team of educators.
