The Role:
- Oversee all branch operations, including allocations and administration
- Manage the team across sales, recruitment and allocations
- Actively leverage current industry networks to acquire talent and build the business
- Participate in a hands-on manner to support effective branch operations, be that in allocations, recruitment, after hours on-call, or other activities
- Monitor and report on branch performance, ensuring timelines and targets are met
About You:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience at management or team leader level in a labour-hire agency is preferred and an advantage, but not essential
- Healthcare industry expertise strongly preferred
- Eager to pitch in and help in whatever way is required, to achieve the best outcome
- Outgoing, open and authentic personal style, with a passion for long-term relationship building
- High level of organisation and time management skills, along with risk and compliance focus
