About the Role
You will be providing outstanding customer service and care to Scrubs Nursing Agency applicants and members. Working within the Recruitment team your main responsibilities will be running end to end recruitment processes, member onboarding and induction, screening candidates for interviews, making outbound and taking inbound recruitment related phone calls.

Essential Demonstrated Experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong skills and attributes to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous recruitment experience
- Confident, resourceful and a positive approach
- Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- A practical approach to problem solving and working under pressure
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with and under the direction of the Recruitment Manager
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative
- Sound computer based knowledge and skills
Advantageous
- Previous bachelor qualifications or experience in a healthcare related field or previous compliance or administrative experience.
