About the Role:

Thompson Health Careis seeking Nursing Assistants to work at Mona Vale House. We have multiple night shifts available and this is a great opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules and looking to join a supportive team who place a great emphasis on mentoring and training.
Daily duties:
- Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition.
- Contribute to care plans and documentation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in aged care desirable.
- Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing.
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care; and
- Has an interest in working with the elderly.
