Job description

  • Ownership of the month-end consolidated Tip Top results and management reporting process,
  • Ownership of the day-to-day activities supporting annual budgeting and periodical forecasting processes
  • Analyse financial results and performance matters linked to business drivers.
  • Focus on Business Partnering and stakeholder management.
  • Full ownership of the overhead budget

We are on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner - FP&A.  Reporting to the Business Planning and Analysis Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to lead the Tip Top consolidated Financial Planning and Reporting agenda whilst managing internal insights generation and analysis activities. The role is also key in assisting with the Integrated Business Planning process. You will need to use Business Partnering skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of business objectives. Being able to switch between the detail and taking a whole of business perspective is crucial, as is having the ability to tell a story from the underlying data and facts.

  • Exceptional Business Partnering skills and self-driven
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Degree qualified (Economics, Business, Commerce)
  • Full member of professional accounting body (CA, CPA)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint essential)
  • Experience with SAP System, BW, Tableau (advantageous)
