The Director Digital Health facilitates and enables implementation and integration of the Queensland Health integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) and other clinical digital technologies, enabling projects across WMH to ensure capability to achieve best practice clinical care and outcomes aligning with WMH strategic direction and service agreement KPI's.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- High level knowledge of contemporary nursing/midwifery practice and application and capacity in professional and operational leadership and management.
- Expert knowledge of contemporary operational leadership and management of clinical digital systems aligned with quality practice standards within the West Moreton professional practice framework.
- Highly respected nursing professional facilitating the delivery of safe, quality patient care aligned with West Moreton's strategic direction and the QH Service Agreement.
- Ability to manage human and financial resources consistent with relevant delegations and to contribute to the organisation's ability to meet service wide operational and service delivery key performance indicators within a strategic and operational planning framework.
- Ability to work as part of a leadership team and provide independent professional judgement and expertise in problem solving large scale, complex, clinical workflow problems.
- Ability to collaborate at a state-wide level and/or across professions to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply quality innovations and quality assurance processes.
- Proven ability in the application of highly developed interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
