- Practice in accordance with the hospital and relevant Government Health policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct and industrial agreements

- Management and coordination of clinical practice, financial resources, and strategies to enhance the development and promotion of the clinical specialty(ies)

- Demonstrate leadership in facilitating the implementation of new initiatives as identified within the nursing division's strategic plan
- Maintain accurate written and verbal reports

About You:
- Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated management, organisational and leadership skills at management level
- A relevant post-graduate qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in customer relations
- Understanding of financial and human resource management in the private sector
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge and understanding of clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary / interdisciplinary team
- Covid-19 Vaccination is a mandatory requirement
