The objective of the Role is to provide a high-level administrative support to the Executive Manager, Environment & Climate and Environment & Climate team who are leading the delivery of the Group's Net-Zero Transition Plan. In this space, we carefully shape forward-thinking climate strategies, monitor performance against our commitments, and guide the Group's approach to net-zero transition planning.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of all administrative functions such as diary management, email monitoring and prioritisation and travel. Involved with the coordinating functions/events, cyclical operational activities and ensuring the smooth overall operational running of the division.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate all meetings on behalf of the Environment & Climate Leaders including arranging rooms, video conferencing and catering where necessary.
- Outlook, email and calendar management. Proactive response on behalf of Executive Manager, Environment & Climate.
- Responsible for the processing of accounts payable and VISA reconciliations in accordance with established Suncorp policies and guidelines.
- Coordination of administrative set up for new starters & external consultants: -security requests, building access, arranging workstation, laptops etc.
- Prioritise the Business Leaders emails & delegate appropriately or action on their behalf.
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities for the seamless running of the Environment & Climate team.
What you'll bring:
- Intermediate to advanced level of use with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work experience within a busy corporate environment, support a senior manager.
- High level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work from several different directions and manage workflow proactively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of management, staff and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in support of the team.
