Your Role:
As a valued member of our team, you'll step into a community-focused role, working with an adult and mental health caseload. Whilst this is primarily community-based, we also have a fully equipped clinic in Dandenong where you can assess and support clients, catch up with the team, and undergo weekly and fortnightly team PD sessions and participate in structured supervision. With 3+ years of experience under your belt and exposure to working within the NDIS framework, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your work and delve deeper into clinical interest areas with the support of our team. Your role will include
Designing and delivering client-focused services that emphasise functional capacity and empowerment.
Innovate with home modifications and assistive technology to foster client independence.
Being offered the opportunity to undertake more complex assessments associated with NDIS services including SDA/ SIL assessment.
Create and sustain an environment that prioritises professional growth and development.
Navigate a variety of frameworks including NDIS, Aged Care, and Private referrals with finesse, ensuring stellar service quality.
What We Offer:
Fully Equipped Clinic: Whilst this is a community-based role, you will also have access to our state-of-the-art Dandenong clinic to optimise your practice. This has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, to assist in undertaking functional based assessments, and is where you will regularly touch base with other team members.
Expert Mentorship: Benefit from weekly one-on-one mentoring with an OT boasting over 30 years of experience, as well as fortnightly team PD sessions.
Professional Development: Receive a $1000 PD allowance, allowing you to further your clinical skills and expand on areas of interest.
Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a salary range starting between $90,000 to $95,000 per year based on your experience, plus superannuation, monthly bonuses, a car allowance, a work phone, and a provided laptop.
