- Salary Range: $86,619 - $108,086, depending on experience including Salary Packaging and Leave Loading.
- Deliver therapy services with a neurodiverse affirming approach.
- Work with a predominately neurodiverse caseload, but flexibility to work with customers with varying presentations.
- Internal learning and development around neurodiversity, positive behaviour support, emotional regulation and AAC.
- Flexible work arrangements.
- Permanent part time position working within an experienced and supportive interdisciplinary team at Duncraig.
We are looking for someone to fill this vacancy who has:
- Experience in providing support to customers and families with emotional regulation goals and neurodiverse presentations.
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary team to support functional social, emotional, and behavioural goals.
- Has experience and knowledge in a range of evidence-based approaches to support neurodiverse customers.
- Skills in developing a strong rapport and using a strengths-based approach
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in the disability sector and delivering therapy services under the NDIS (Desirable)
