- Joining the Mental Health team based in Mount Gambier, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated range of evidence-based, recovery-oriented services appropriate to the needs of consumers and the local community.
- To achieve this, you will utilise a combination of occupational therapy therapeutic approaches to deliver integrated clinical mental health care to consumers across community, acute and rehabilitation service settings.

- You must hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and be eligible for registration as an Occupational Therapist in Australia.
- Effective communication skills, including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including one-on-one, group and health promotion activities and prioritise workloads.
- Creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting
- Previous Mental Health experience desired (but not essential)
Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) provides a wide range of health care services across the Limestone Coast region, covering a large geographical area which consists of the Upper and Lower South East, and extends all the way to the Victorian border.
Services we provide in the region include accident and emergency, day and inpatient surgery, aboriginal health, obstetric services, community health and aged care services. We have facilities located within Mount Gambier, Bordertown, Kingston, Millicent, Naracoorte and Penola.
