You will:
- Deliver therapy assessments and treatments for clients, providing treatment plans to clients based on their personal needs.
- Ensure to maintain and report all client information related to their diagnosis, treatments and progress.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders which includes other Allied Health Professionals and clients.
- Engage in team meetings and perform best practices.
- Act as an educator for clients and their families in relation to diagnosis and treatments.
- BA in Occupational Therapy
- Current APHRA registration
- Hold a full driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Police Check, NDIS Worker screening check & WWWC
