Main tasks
- Core objectives include:
- Assisting parents/families to develop understanding and knowledge of the NDIS to support their ability to make informed decisions
- Plan, implement and evaluate individual therapy programs
- Complete documentation in line with professional standards
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, support staff, and other allied health services
- Conducting standardised and non-standardised assessments and writing functional reports
- Assessing home and school environments, prescribing aids, equipment and modifications as required, within funding guidelines
- Identify and provide appropriate information and education to patients, families, support staff, and other allied health services
- The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required

- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHRPA) registration
- Current First Aid certificate
- WWCC

- Drivers license & access to a reliable vehicle
Experience
- Preferably 1 year (not essential)
