Employment: Permanent position. Full time or Part time hours can be negotiated.
Remuneration package: Up to $ 112,114 + superannuation, laptop, phone, car allowance. Our salaries are determined based on level of experience using the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award 2023.
Location: Predominantly servicing clients located within Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Lower Hunter.

Home Modifications is our speciality and what we love to do!
You Therapy Services provides Community Based occupational therapy services, mostly to participants of the NDIS, but also to people who receive funding under iCare and the My Aged Care funding schemes. We specialise in complex home modifications, and complete assistive technology assessments, home and living support assessments (SIL, SDA, ILO, priority housing), and functional capacity assessments.
We mostly service adult clients; however, we see clients of all ages for home modifications.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, their families, and other key stakeholders.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, as the role is Community Based.
- A current police check, Working with Children check, and NDIS worker check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong report writing skills.
- Experience or interest in home modifications.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with assistive technology assessment, home and living support assessments (SIL, SDA, ILO, priority housing), and functional capacity assessment.
- Experience with technical drawings for home modifications.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NDIS.
