This successful rehabilitation provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist contractor to take on assessment work (ADL) with workplace rehabilitation cases (NSW Workers Compensation & CTP). You will be well inducted and have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your workload and time. This employer can guarantee hours and files to their contract staff, ensuring no clawback of files.
As a contract Occupational Therapists, you will have a desire to help clients return to health and work. This role will see you travel into the local community to carry out assessments & deliver services to your clients.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Activities of daily living assessments
- Liaison with key stakeholders
- Completion of high-level written reporting
Requirements:
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency)
- Previous occupational rehabilitation experience
- The ability to work effectively on an independent basis
- Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills
- ABN / ACN & Professional Indemnity insurance (or willingness to gain).
- Current driver’s licence and your own reliable car
