The Support:
- 80 hours of CPD provided to each clinician annually
- Multiple hours of workshops, peer support and PD presented by senior clinicians and external speakers
- Weekly supervision provided by your lead Occupational Therapist
- Structured onboarding and new graduate support across your first year
- Opportunity to shadow Senior Occupational Therapists
- Gradually increasing caseload over your first 6 months as you become more comfortable
- Salary of $80,000- $100,000 + superannuation
- Annual PD budget of $1000 + 2 days study leave
- Pool vehicles available for use
- External speakers provide training to the entire team once per week
- Travel reimbursement on a per km basis
- Flexibility in your working day including both working in clinic and within the community at schools and client homes
- Mobile phone and laptop are provided
- Choose from a mixed ages or paediatric caseload
- Work entirely from their clinic locations or participate in some client visits in the community
- Services include face-to-face therapy for all ages in all settings, Assistive Technology, Assessment and Reports, Home Modifications, Functional Assessments, Wheelchair and Seating Assessments and prescription, Home safety assessments, Functional skill training – personal, domestic, or community
- Work from their clinic in Craigieburn and see clients in the community within a 30 minute radius of the clinic
- Collaborate with other Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists within their multidisciplinary team
- Working primarily with NDIS clients with some private referrals
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Drivers license and vehicle
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
