About The Position
This community-based role offers the unique opportunity to see clients in their most comfortable settings—be it their homes, group homes, aged care facilities, or community settings. The position is designed to provide genuine flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively. Whether it's dedicating full days to client visits, balancing work from home, or utilising office space for administrative tasks, you have the autonomy to shape your workday.
Key highlights include:
- Service a predominantly adult, NDIS or DVA caseload
- Provide high level clinical services including client assessment and treatment, therapy, equipment prescription, home assessment and modifications
- Run various educational sessions and therapy programs
- Produce high standard, comprehensive Occupational Therapy reports
- Salaries between $80,000 - $108,000 + Super with options for RDOs and financial bonuses
- Comprehensive support from Senior Occupational Therapists (frequency determined by experience)
- Professional development tailored to your interests and career aspirations, including two paid CPD days annually
- A positive team environment with a focus on celebrating success through social events and wellbeing programs
- Flexibility to work from home or office, supported by a laptop and a phone/data allowance
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 1-year experience
