Looking for a rewarding career in Occupational Therapy? EACH is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership to our dynamic team!

As a Grade 3Occupational Therapist, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, professional support and clinical direction for clinicians and support staff where required, to ensure our clients' needs are met. You'll collaborate with our Primary Health Team and external providers to deliver a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to support clients in reaching their health and well-being goals.

In addition to a self-directed passion and drive to support individuals within the community, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in managing a complex caseload of adults living in the community.
• Expertise in a range of clinical assessment, treatment, and intervention.
• A high level of clinical expertise and experience (providing services to clients with complex presentations based in community settings highly regarded).
• High level of experience with a range of funding streams, including NDIS, Home Care Packages, CHSP, and HACC
• Experience in providing supervision to Occupational Therapists and students.
• Ability to lead, mentor, support and motivate a team of clinicians with the necessary clinical and operational supervision, training, and guidance to ensure quality community based occupational therapy services.
• Your ability to prioritize customer-centric care and maintain a culture of quality and safety will set you apart.

Entry level Grade 3 OT’s with relevant skills and experience looking to take the next step in their career will be considered

You will be working as part of a passionate and like-minded team comprising of 12 Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants and Administrative Support staff.

You will also form part of a broader group of approximately 50 Occupational Therapists that work across EACH, who are dedicated to contributing to our broader mission to help clients reach their full potential.
