Qualifications & experience
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA)
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum 10 years’ experience across a range of clinical conditions and service settings
- Current valid National Police Check & Working with Children Check
- ABN holder, with the confidence to work professionally and with business acumen as a contractor
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide high quality, timely, evidence-based assessment and reports to the standard of expert witness testimony in the areas of personal injury law, family law and NDIS matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
- Work within legislative, regulatory and scope of practice requirements
- Confidently present occupational therapy opinion in Court or conclaves as needed
