They offer services to Home Care Package clients, with a particular emphasis on providing comprehensive support to adults and the elderly in their homes. The team is equipped with the latest technology and treatment methodologies to ensure the highest standard of service.

About the role:

This role is for an Occupational Therapist to join their team in a community based role with Home Care Package clients, providing tailored care plans that enable clients to live independently and safely in their own homes. 

Travel to clients will be limited to a 30 minute radius around your home with the opportunity to complete report writing from home or their clinic located in Meadow Heights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
• Drivers license and vehicle
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
