The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll have the chance to work closely with a diverse range of clients across the aged and disability spectrum, delivering tailored community-based care that meets their unique needs. From assisting individuals in achieving independence to facilitating engagement in meaningful activities, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing their quality of life. Collaborating within their multidisciplinary team, you'll have ample opportunities to hone your clinical skills and forge lasting professional connections.

Essential Criteria
- Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
- Current WA Driver's License
- Proven clinical expertise in occupational therapy
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practice
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with NDIS and/or Community Health
- Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture
Remuneration and Benefits
Your dedication will be rewarded with an attractive salary package ranging of up to $110k pro rata coupled with 11% superannuation and generous salary packaging options of up to $15,900 annually. Additionally, they provide a company vehicle for work-related travel, along with a mobile phone and laptop.
