About the role:
This role sits with the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program, providing Occupational Therapy intervention, treatment and education to individuals or groups to enhance function, quality of life and better health outcomes for clients with an acute and or chronic cardiac and/ or respiratory condition.
You will provide a comprehensive skill set and knowledge to clients individually (as an outpatient or in the home) or within a group setting.
Applying evidence-based practice while dealing effectively and efficiently with a broad range of issues including interventions, health promotion programs, education, and research.

Requirements:
Our successful candidate will possess the following:
- Occupational Therapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
About you:
- You will be highly skilled and experienced and able to support and motivate clients to make lifestyle changes and follow treatment plans.
- The role requires high-level communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively across multiple, multidisciplinary teams will be essential in this role.
- You will be able to prioritise competing demands in situations of professional and emotional intensity while delivering care.
- You will be able to maintain a professional perspective and identity when prioritising workload and service provision.
