You are an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with Mental Health consumers on their personal recovery goals.
Your main duties will consist of:
- Reviewing and accepting referrals from case managers
- Completing a range of Occupational Therapy Assessments (MOHO, AMPS) and providing interventions based on recommendations within assessments
- Co-facilitating Group programs that support recovery for consumers
- Supporting family, carers and supporters in the treatment and care of consumers
- Working collaboratively with treating teams to ensure the best outcomes for consumers
Your Contribution
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
