About the role:
- Clinic based role with each clinician having their own room and desk
- Fully equipped with all the necessary resources
- Directors working in clinic to provide informal supervision and assist as needed
- Provide therapy to paediatric clients especially within early intervention
- Option to participate in community visits and provide therapy from clients homes and schools if desired
- Multidisciplinary clinic with experienced mentors in both Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology
- Collaborate amongst a team of more than 12+
- Salary from $80K - $110K + superannuation
- PD allowance of $2000 annually
- Weekly supervision as well as monthly discipline specific and company wide meetings
- Excellent retention rate with clinicians that have been with them for years!
- NO Billable Targets! Focus on providing quality therapy
- Full autonomy over your caseload allowing you to see clients based on your specialty and comfortability
- Flexibility to work full time or part time depending on preference
- Team genuinely enjoys each other's company and participate in regular social events
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
