We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and passionate Allied Health Team in our Hospital (Rehabilitation and Surgical wards) on a part-time basis (4 days per week).

Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate Occupational Therapy services to patients on our rehabilitation and surgical wards
- Assess patients with a wide range of chronic and acute conditions
- Demonstrate critical thinking and excellent clinical decision-making skills
- Set long and short term goals in collaboration with the patient and/or family as appropriate
- Actively participate in case conferences, rehab planning, clinical reviews, family conferences and facilitate meetings as required
- Implement effective discharge programs with the team, patient and family and refer the patient to appropriate services
- Work flexibly and autonomously within a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct appropriate Home Visit and subscribe relevant equipment for discharge
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a hospital setting (acute and rehab)
- Unconditional registration with AHPRA
- Full driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, caring and compassionate nature
- Ability to think on your feet and flexibility
