Looking for: Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist andSpeech Pathologist to join our client's team and provide exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals of all ages who have a variety of physical, developmental, and mental health conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough evaluations to determine clients' needs and goals
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to improve clients' functional abilities
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating clients and their families on strategies to promote independence and improve quality of life
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Current SPA certification (SP)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical and community experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
