Your opportunity:
- The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a clinical leader, accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of patient centred clinical practice specific to Acute Care Team.
- The Acute Care Team provides triage, assessment and Brief Interventions to assist consumers experiencing difficulties due to acute mental health concerns. Following triage, the most appropriate care type is determined including inpatient, community or crisis interventions.
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases ( https://tinyurl.com/yc6pgyt2 )(VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $164,212 p.a., comprising salary between $132,562 – $143,924 p.a., (Nurse Grade 7) or competitive remuneration package value up to $152,775 p.a., comprising salary between $124,435 - $133,901 p.a., (HP4), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
