About Us
Kairos Speech Therapy and Learning is a Speech Pathology clinic located in North Ryde. Our clinic is growing and we are looking for a fun, passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us as we expand our allied health service.
We currently have a Part time (or Contracted) position available. We are willing to be flexible for the right person. e.g. option to work full time, Part time, shorter days (e.g work during school hours etc). We are also open on Saturdays.

Essential criteria
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 12 months experience
Is passionate, reliable, honest and flexible
Current driver's licence and own car
Full and current membership with AHPRA
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working with Children Check
Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail
Able to work collaboratively and independently
Able to build strong rapport with clients and their families
The Occupational Therapist role requires you to:
Provide both in-clinic and mobile services
Administer assessments and therapy sessions with clients and their families/carers
Administer group therapy (social skills groups, language groups, School-readiness groups, literacy groups, social pairings)
Complete all documentation within an appropriate time frame (reports, progress notes, other documentation)
Liase with other professionals (teachers, educators, doctors, allied health professionals)
