About the role
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work primarily within school settings, focusing on children with ASD and ADHD. There's also flexibility for home visits for therapists interested in this option.
Key features include:
- Tailored matching of staff with families and schools, ensuring compatibility and job satisfaction.
- Strong emphasis on preventing burnout and promoting therapist self-care.
- Comprehensive support system, including mentorship tailored to personality and experience.
- Initial 3 months of weekly supervision, transitioning to fortnightly as desired.
- Opportunities for junior therapists and Allied Health Assistants to gain supervisory experience.
- Competitive remuneration: $95 - $135 per client plus $5 for petrol
- Bonuses for subcontractors working 3 days or more, with additional earnings for achieving client benchmarks.
- No rigid client quotas, allowing for a balanced and manageable workload.
- In-house professional development and a supportive community via a WhatsApp group.

- Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
