About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Exercise independent professional clinical judgement in providing Occupational Therapist clinical services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques or methods require expansion, adaptation or modification, without the need for direct regular clinical practice supervision
- Apply clinical evidence to practice supporting continuous improvement of quality service delivery
- Contribute to clinical research activities in Post Acute Care Service as required
- Provide high level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors and relevant service managers regarding service delivery, equipment, technology and the prioritisation and development of Occupational Therapist clinical services
