Our team is an award-winning multidisciplinary practice offering services from our clinics in Toowoomba and Dalby, along with outreach locations from these clinics.
Due to the continued growth of our team, we are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist to join us in providing fantastic services to our clients! This role will be based in our Toowoomba clinic servicing clients in and around the Toowoomba region.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate with clients appropriately with a range of cultural backgrounds, communication styles and communication abilities.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, self-care skills, and environmental adaptations, promoting safety and independence in daily activities.
- Deliver individual therapy sessions incorporating innovative approaches and adaptive equipment to support clients' participation and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with other clinicians within the practice to achieve client outcomes.
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure best outcomes for clients.

What we need you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Driver's license
- The ability to obtain a Yellow and Blue Cards
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
