Job description

An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to step into a leadership role as a Team Leader at this well-established Allied health provider.As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this team, while utilising your clinical skills to make a positive impact on the lives of clients.

Alongside fostering the development of fellow team members, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality therapeutic interventions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services.
  • Utilise your expertise and experience in delivering services under the NDIS framework.
  • Provide training and supervision to other Occupational Therapists, fostering their professional growth.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote the well-being of clients.
  • Manage and organise your team's schedules, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to monthly MDT meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Conduct case studies and evaluations to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, inspiring your team to reach their full potential.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full APHRA registration 
  • Working With Children Check 
  • National Police Check 
  • Driver's license and own car
