Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services.
- Utilise your expertise and experience in delivering services under the NDIS framework.
- Provide training and supervision to other Occupational Therapists, fostering their professional growth.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote the well-being of clients.
- Manage and organise your team's schedules, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Contribute to monthly MDT meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals.
- Conduct case studies and evaluations to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, inspiring your team to reach their full potential.
