The role:
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated Occupational Therapists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions for children with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of occupational therapy services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and apply them to practice.
