Occupational Therapist Team Leader

• Paediatric or Mixed Ages NDIS Caseload
• Salary of $100K - $125K + superannuation + PD allowance

This close knit team located at their clinic in the Frankston area are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join and collaborate with their established, multidisciplinary group of clinicians.

Work in an environment leading a likeminded, neuroaffirming, multidisciplinary team and collaborate within your team of Occupational Therapists while collaborating in your care of clients. Your day to day will include:

• Working with NDIS and private clients either across the lifespan or with your a preferred age range
• Assist clients with a range of conditions including developmental delays, behavioural difficulties fine and gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination to help with play, school or independent skills as
• Split between in-clinic and mobile work - generally 3 days in-clinic and 2 days mobile 
• Travel to clients is limited within a 25 minute radius from your location
• Mix of project work as well as supervision and support of staff on top of your reduced clinical caseload

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2+ years postgraduate experience
• Drivers license and vehicle
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
