Work in an environment leading a likeminded, neuroaffirming, multidisciplinary team and collaborate within your team of Occupational Therapists while collaborating in your care of clients. Your day to day will include:
- Working with NDIS and private clients either across the lifespan or with your a preferred age range
- Assist clients with a range of conditions including developmental delays, behavioural difficulties fine and gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination to help with play, school or independent skills as
- Split between in-clinic and mobile work - generally 3 days in-clinic and 2 days mobile
- Travel to clients is limited within a 25 minute radius from your location
- Mix of project work as well as supervision and support of staff on top of your reduced clinical caseload
- Salary of $110K - $125K + superannuation
- Travel allowance provided when needed as well as access to company vehicles
- Dedicated administration team
- Be supported by multiple experienced Team Leaders
- Regular meetings to check in and structure your development no matter the level of experience
