As a Team Leader & Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Leading a professional, warm team who are excited to welcome you.
- Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
- Assisting a varied caseload, conducting functional assessments, ADLs, and worksite assessments. Providing return-to-work and complex case management with a strong focus on early intervention.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
- Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
Requirements:
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Psychology.
- Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC/RCAA.
- Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience.
- Management skills or the desire to grow and learn in this area.
