About the Role
The purpose of this position is to provide operational management, clinical practice supervision and strategic leadership for a team of Occupational Therapists and Clinical Assistants working in the Geriatric and Rehabilitation Services. The position delivers advanced Occupational Therapy services to stakeholders/consumers within Geriatric and Rehabilitation Services at Princess Alexandra Hospital and Queensland Health to achieve excellence in patient care, education and research.
This includes:
• Leading and managing services (including services of a complex nature).
• Providing operational management.
• Providing Metro South Health wide Occupational Therapy professional and operational advice on clinical areas and service delivery models.
