About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Paediatric Team Lead role in Sunshine Coast QLD.
This is a newly created position that requires a passionate, experienced, and driven leader, eager to grow the delivery of paediatric services across the Sunshine Coast. To assist paediatric clients and families meet important goals, we are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist Clinical Leader with experience in managing a paediatric caseload.

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Strong ability to assess NDIS clients with a diverse range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions
- Established OT skills in AT prescription, environmental modification and therapy planning related to this caseload
- A passion and drive to make a difference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eager to apply your knowledge and passion in a leadership position
- Experience developing and delivering projects and a demonstrated ability to build new services is highly desirable
- An ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- High-level clinical skills and reasoning
- Accurate and articulate report writing abilities
- Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill set and career
- Current drivers licence
- Current police check
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
