About the Opportunity:
Landing Spot has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our diverse and welcoming team. We are looking for the right team member to lead our Occupational Therapy Team as well as contribute to our wider multidisciplinary services.
This role will allow you to not only lead a team but structure a department with the support of our Clinical Committee. We are an inclusive team and encourage people who are neurodiverse, disabled, and from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply.

Please note, as this is a work from home role, this opportunity is open to candidates located anywhere within Australia. Candidates located in Adelaide SA or Darwin NT will also have the opportunity to work from our local clinics.
About the Role:
As part of our allied health team, you will be working a highly diverse NDIS caseload involving all ages and abilities, ensuring optimal care and outcomes by providing a comprehensive range of Occupational Therapy Services based on participant goals. The role includes:
Staff Management
Resource Management and Development
Supervision of your team
Participating as the Occupational Therapy Team Lead on our Clinical Committee
