We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Our Home Care team builds lasting relationships with our clients so that they may stay at home or get out into the community to do the things they enjoy.
This position is responsible for supporting the clients’ needs as determined by the Occupational Therapist.
Key responsibilities of the role
Plan, assess, implement, and evaluate care for individual Clients and Participants.
Complete Occupational Therapy assessments in collaboration with Clients and Participants
Liaise and refer to internal health providers as appropriate such as Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Team Leader, and Registered/Enrolled Nurses to maintain optimum health and wellbeing.
Manage the Occupational Therapy Program with reference to budgeting, statistics, equipment, and supplies.
Current Opportunity:
Occupational Therapist: Full-time or Part-Time position available.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy.
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Ability to work independently.
