Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- You will plan, deliver, and evaluate Therapy services to clients, which build on family/client strengths, needs and priorities.
- You will assess and provide comprehensive NDIS required reports to a standard at or above the expectations of the Assessment and Therapy manager.
- You will support children and adult’s inclusion and participation in the communities that they choose
- You will meet department billable requirements
- You will supervise and train assistants, volunteers, and students, ensuring the maintenance of professional, clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
- You will assess clients with a wide range of acute and chronic disorders and implementing effective Occupational Therapy programs and interventions.
- You will maintain documentation in a professional and confidential manner and in accordance with company policies.
- You will effectively communicate with staff members, health professionals, clients, and family with regards to provision of Occupational Therapy services.
