- Qualifications in management, business or related field; or equivalent Management experience in an industrial environment.
- At least 3+ years' of managerial experience in an industrial/service environment.
- Demonstrate ability in successfully managing, developing and motivating a workforce.
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information.
- Experience in managing budgets and conducting presentations to dealers, client and management teams.
