Accelerate Off-Grid Touring nee Accelerate Auto Electrics is located in the heart of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, just 3min to famous beaches and surf breaks. We’ve been operating on the Sunshine Coast for 16 years and have recently completed a renovation to make us the most professional Auto Electrical workshop in Australia. We have a team of 20 and are now the largest Auto Electrical and Air Conditioning businesses on the Sunshine Coast.
Our business and industry is booming and as a result we are seeking an experienced Sales consultant to join our team.
About You
- Previous Experience as a Sales Consultant or in Automotive Sales is a must
- This role involves parts interpreting, so knowledge of 4WD components, touring and Caravanning is an advantage.
- Strong relationship and account management skills with a customer-focused approach
- Highly motivated and passionate about meeting sales based KPI’s
- Solution-oriented - if you start a sentence with ‘I’ve got a problem’ then this role isn’t for you
- Amazing Customer Service Skills and the willingness to go above and beyond
- Desire to succeed in a competitive industry
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive go-get-them attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong IT Skills
- Previous experience in Sales in the automotive industry
- Previous Knowledge in 4x4, RV, electrical & accessories fitting, and air conditioning is an advantage
- Be able to develop a genuine rapport with customers
- Open Manual Drivers Licence
- Be able to multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced environment
About the Role
- Full Time
- Monday - Thursday 7.30 am - 5 pm & Friday 8 am - 2.30 pm
- Responsible for helping with all enquiries relating to products and services - received via phone, walk in and website
- Be able to provide phone support with professional phone manner.
- Working in our two main software programs - SimPro Job Management Software & Keep/Infusionsoft for customer relationship information.
- Working closely with Operations Manager & Other Sales Team Members
- Develop and execute a sales plan
- Attend Caravan & 4WD shows as required
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and workspace cleanliness.
- Work with the team to create a positive work environment for the benefit of all.
- This is a fast-paced, high-volume of leads role and isn’t for the faint-hearted.
