Integrated Water Management Group is currently offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join a rapidly expanding ISO accredited company within the Water Treatment and Chemical Hygiene Cleaning industry.
We are seeking to employ a highly organised, energetic, and proactive person with 3+ years' experience, who can handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, working within a team of professionals as well as liaising with customers, suppliers, and fellow employees. An attractive salary package is provided and will reflect commensurate skills and experience.
Position Description:
- Office administration and Customer Service
- Processing customer orders and invoicing
- Customer/Supplier/Logistics liaison
- Receipt of goods
- Organising dispatch of goods from various warehouses
- Supporting the sales and service team by responding and directing inquiries
The right person will:
- Experience with Database and Order Processing, using either SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook: Mail and Calendar management
- Excellent Customer Service skills through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Enjoy working well within a team, supporting your colleagues where required and become a part of the general family culture of our Company
