We are part of the larger VENTORA group of companies, which employs 4,500 across multiple sites and states.About our OpportunityAs a valued team member of our state manufacturing operations in Stapylton, you will work as part of a team to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. This is a varied role but a typical day will involve ensuring accurate and timely processing of all quotes, sales orders and job scheduling. The role will also have you promptly answering customer calls to place orders over the phone and promptly responding to a high volume of customer emails. You will have the opportunity to meet customers in our showroom onsite and at various events held for customers.This is a 12 month fixed term contract role that will likely lead to permanency for the right person. If you are looking for career progression, this is a stepping stone to progress into future permanent opportunities within the Customer Service and Sales teams.About YouA great opportunity for someone who can draw on their Customer Service and/or administration experience. A confident communicator with good organisation and prioritisation skills, you will need to be comfortable dealing with a range of customers to respond to their enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
