Ariya Health is a National Wholesale distributor based in Townsville.
We are looking for our next Office Administration team member.
You will be responsible for the delivery of high-level administration and executive support to our clientele within a team environment. With the provided service always having a focus on exceptional customer service.
You will manage front-of-office and first point of contact in a complex, high-volume environment, including but not limited to incoming and outgoing calls, managing diaries, emails, data, order entry, correspondence to clientele/suppliers/staff, organising, collating documentation, and updating stock data.
About You
Friendly and approachable, while able to maintain a calm composure in times of pressure - you will have an ability to complete time sensitive tasks, whilst never sacrificing quality, attention to detail with superb customer service.
A respect for confidentiality, a focus on accuracy and detail, ability to balance competing priorities, have exceptional written and spoken communication skills, while going the extra mile to achieve quality outcomes.
An ability to pick up new processes and procedures with ease. Adapt to a new industry and environment. But most importantly be a team player and contribute to overall company culture in a positive way.
Qualifications and Experience:
- History of offering exceptional customer service in high pressure environments
- Experience in supporting management & other team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well within a team or solo environments
- Highly proficient computer skills for documents, spreadsheets and presentations (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ideally have experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), Google Suite, QuickBooks, Canva, Vista & Fishbowl
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional support with respect to sensitive business & client matters
- Proven prioritisation and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement
- The ability to pre-empt and foresee problems before they occur and always have a solution prepared.
- Experience in marketing and social media
