- Previous medical admin experinence regarded but not required Monday.com
- Excellent communications skills and telephone skills
- Customer service
- Labstar, training given
Tasks & responsibilities
- Newly developed role for a highly organised person in a very busy medical device office.
- Calling hospital adminstrators
- Assisting other staff
- Managing cases daily and surgery dates for patients
- Diarising events and follow up
- Calling medical centres
- Managing Invoicing / Following up Debtors
