Armidale Servies Club is a hospitality venue that offers our members and guests a high-quality, enjoyable experience. This role will not only see you gain experience in all facets of the Club but you will also take a role in marketing and promotions activities with in the club. Your role would assist our management team through the completion of day-to-day administration tasks, marketing & promotions and all round duties (ie bar and bistro).
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Input data and update internal systems and records.
- Maintenance and development of documentation and filing systems.
- Assist management with promotion & marketing events & activities with in the club..
- Assist Financial Controller when necessary and perform financial and reconciliation tasks as required.
- General office duties – phone calls, customer enquiries, inward and outward mail, membership database maintenance, etc.
- Administrative support to management when required and other duties to cover absence or holiday leave when required.
- .Assist with the ordering and maintenance of stationery requirements along with the service and maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist Catering and Bar staff when necessary as wait staff, bar service, setting up events, etc.
- Effectively handle complaints and compliments, taking appropriate action to satisfy complaints and to pass compliments on to appropriate persons
