· Permanent Leederville based role· 112k + Super + co contribution scheme and other benefits· 9-day fortnights and flexible working options availableA permanent opportunity as a Support Analyst - Water Operations based in Leederville, to develop your analytical skills and experience supporting the Team Leader within the Water Quality Operations team.You will contribute to ensuring Water Quality compliance of the Integrated Water Supply Scheme (IWSS) through monitoring and reviewing Water Quality data and system operation.What the role will involve· Investigate Water Quality violations and alerts, initiate remedial actions and coordinate close-out.· Investigate incidents and trends of Water Quality non-compliance, liaising with internal stakeholders.· Review Drinking Water Quality critical control point and process control point performance.· Investigate non-performance and adjust treatment systems to ensure provision of satisfactory Water Quality to customers.· Periodical review of Water Quality sampling and monitoring programs in accordance with WQBU standards and guidelines.· Provide sound Water Quality advice and data to a broad range of stakeholders.· Ensure Annual Metro Water Quality data sheets and other compliance reporting is up to date· Water Quality field sampling when requiredKey skills and experience:· Great interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications· Ability to demonstrate a high degree of analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.· Ability to utilise corporate systems such as SAP, WQMS and ODSS· Tertiary qualification demonstrating understanding of engineering and science disciplines.· Relevant experience in service delivery and Water Quality operations.· Relevant experience in providing customer service.· Experience in the use of SCADA systemsApply: If you are interested in the above opportunity, please submit a resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role.Applications close Wednesday 24th April 2024.Please note: By applying for this role, you are consenting to your current and previous line managers being contacted as references.
